Beneath LA’s freeways, a striking installation of bioluminescent blue tarps creates a glowing, swirling display, transforming a neglected overlooked space. This thoughtful intervention addresses the houseless community, offering both shelter and a message of dignity, while blending art and utility in an effort to reimagine public spaces with compassion.
