Project Description
This space is a world created by humans, where nature and the plastic we use are intertwined. It’s impossible to distinguish what is true nature and what is an artificial object made from conglomerated plastic. Perhaps everything we see could either be natural or plastic.
Every day, we buy, use, and discard plastic. These discarded pieces accumulate subtly, surrounding us in ways that deceive our eyes. They pretend to be part of nature while, in reality, they damage it and take its place. Yet, all of this is the result of human actions, and the consequences are something we, as humans, must endure.
Plastic infiltrates even the birds, flowers, and trees around us, affecting them in the form of fine particles. This harsh yet poignant reality has been expressed through AI. The glossy, plastic-like texture of the bird and the fields of trees and flowers in the background may appear natural at first glance, but upon closer inspection, an unsettling texture emerges.
This piece captures the contradictions created by humanity and the transformation of nature as a result.
