I took an editorial approach to this series, giving the ubiquitious Catrinas a more elevated and elegant feel. I kept the signature skull motif but refined it with Art Deco-inspired Swarovski crystal details to add a sense of luxury and structure. Going monochrome felt like the right move—it makes the whole look feel richer, more striking, and gives it that old Hollywood vibe that I was going for.
