The passing of David Lynch had a huge impact on me as his creative and unique aesthetic has had a profound impact on me for decades. I wanted to convey and create something of a small tribute by combining some of the stylistic methods I've been exploring recently in my AI journey with some aspects of his work that always resonated with me. I explored first through generative imagery but felt it was truly elements of his filmmaking style and choices that truly captured his artistic gift. I worked to animate my images in a way that to me captured a tiny piece of that spirit and worldview he brought to the world (or at least to me).
