This project is a funerary procession through a forgotten history, a deep dive into human memory and ancient Iraqi roots. Here, myth intertwines with self, and ruin transforms into a sacred hymn, where myth, flesh, and spirit dissolve into one. Each painting is a funerary ritual, an echo of civilizations built upon the skulls of ancestors, and of dreams that died in the womb of the flood. In these works, the watchful eye never sleeps, the body blooms despite death, and the skulls whisper truths long buried. It is not merely a visual project, but a confrontation with the ghosts of beauty, power, and death it speaks to the oldest part of us, that part which remembers pain before language, and it asks a sacred question, What do we become when the gods cease to listen? It is an elegy to ancient grandeur, and a reminder that beauty always rises from the ashes.

This project consists of seven paintings that are connected by subtle 3 main colors differences, creating a harmonious visual dialogue. AI was used as a modern technique to support my vision, enabling a new experience that combines the traditions of painting with digital innovation. Each painting retains its unique identity, yet they are part of a unified story that expresses the idea of continuous transformation and renewal.
