The heart we surrender?

AI Software I used Midjourney, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Krea.AI. This combination gives me the flexibility and precision I need.

This work explores the fragile intersection between human emotion and technological evolution. The image represents a heart cradled by hands that are no longer fully human, but rather extensions of circuitry and synthetic matter. The question at its core is whether we are willingly entrusting the most intimate and sacred parts of our existence to machines. Are we truly prepared to hand over our hearts to artificial systems that calculate rather than feel? The flowers hint at life and tenderness, yet they are entangled in wires and silicon. This duality asks whether the path we are taking is one of preservation or one of quiet surrender. The piece does not provide a clear answer. Instead, it invites reflection. Is technology becoming the vessel that protects our humanity, or the mechanism that slowly replaces it? In this tension lies the essence of the work.

When I began shaping this piece, I kept asking myself where the boundary between human and machine really lies. I imagined holding something as fragile as a heart, but instead of skin and warmth, the hands were covered in circuits, wires, and fragments of code. I wondered if we are already allowing our deepest emotions to be absorbed into technology without questioning the consequences.
