Serene Floating Village-Anfeh Lebanon-Inflatable Floating Village Powered by Wind & Sun
Georges Oueijan · Lebanon
Social & Short-Form
A tranquil, sustainable floating village of inflatable beach homes, designed to unfold on the turquoise waters of Anfeh, Lebanon. Inspired by the clean elegance of Mediterranean Greek Cycladic architecture and paired with modern modular design, each unit inflates into seamless white volumes that reflect light and calm. The project harmonizes with nature, powered by eco-friendly energy from Anfeh’s iconic eoliennes. Operating only during the summer, the village leaves no trace on the historical shoreline — preserving the Mediterranean’s natural beauty. It’s an enchanting experience that merges innovation with heritage. A vision that welcomes travelers, supports local identity, and redefines what it means to live lightly on the water. The settlement is entirely off-grid, powered by a hybrid of refurbished local eoliennes (windmills) and discreet photovoltaic film, with battery rafts shared between clusters. Low-impact, helix-screw eco-anchors and tensioned lines protect the seabed; at season’s end, units are deflated, folded, and stored, leaving the coastline pristine. The result is a gentle tourism model—luxury without extraction—where architecture behaves like a guest: light, seasonal, and respectful. Anfeh inflatable house demonstrates how modular construction, heritage energy, and AI-guided ecology can create a replicable blueprint for Mediterranean micro-destinations. Reversible architecture: zero permanent shore works; seasonal deployment/pack-down. AI workflow: generative layout, digital twin, energy/wake optimization, CV-based eco-monitoring. Heritage-driven power: modernized eolienne + PV microgrid; shared battery rafts. Eco-anchoring: seabed-safe helix screws; no concrete blocks, no dredging. Cycladic modularity: kit-of-parts for rapid assembly, maintenance, and style continuity. Serene village is an innovative idea, A seasonal, AI-orchestrated Cycladic village that floats, then disappears, leaving Anfeh’s shore exactly as it was.
