Insects are the unseen majority of life on Earth. Around one million have been formally identified, yet scientists estimate there may be as many as ten million species still undiscovered. They pollinate our crops, recycle matter, and sustain entire food webs. But their numbers are falling at an alarming pace, driven by habitat loss, pesticides and climate change. This project reflects on our dependence on these small creatures and their beautiful micro world, imagined through an imaginary lens. What we call small and insignificant may, in truth, be the fragile lattice of our own survival.
