MAIA is a generative songwriter born from the encounter between artificial intelligence and human sensitivity. Her songs, written and composed by an italian songwriter and creator, blend electronic pop, dream pop, and synthwave with a poetic exploration of emotions and contemporary imagery. Her visual universe is defined by a retro cinematic aesthetic, suspended between the 1960s–70s and analog film photography, evoking atmospheres that are melancholic, delicate, and dreamlike. In her music videos, the protagonist appears as a symbolic figure: heart-shaped face, blue-green eyes, dark bob with bangs, and monochromatic outfits. After her debut single Cuore, MAIA now presents Grande, a synthwave track addressing the theme of mental conformity and the struggle of thinking differently. The music video, created with generative AI tools, is a conceptual and immersive journey into identity and perception, in collaboration with visual artist Jesbek.
