“Everyday Drift” is a visual experiment exploring the fragile boundary between daily routine and dreamlike detachment. This series of 11 surreal images transforms familiar office environments by altering a single element: fragments of reality are replaced with poetic, floating clouds. Through this subtle yet striking intervention, ordinary corporate spaces are reimagined as quiet, dreamlike landscapes — spaces where the mundane gently dissolves into reverie. The project investigates how everyday scenes can be poetically reframed by shifting just one variable, allowing standardized environments to reveal hidden emotional and symbolic layers. The atmosphere balances soft absurdity with a calm, lyrical beauty, inviting viewers to see the familiar from a new angle. Visually, the series draws inspiration from the clarity and color of David Hockney and the restrained surrealism of Guy Billout, blending clean composition with a surreal gesture that feels both delicate and quietly unsettling.
