Thank you for selecting me as a judge for this event. As an AI artist myself, reviewing the entries made me realize just how far AI-generated art has come. I was genuinely amazed by the level of expression achieved and felt a renewed sense of the endless possibilities that AI can bring to the creative world. There were so many outstanding entries, each showcasing high levels of concept, technique, and composition. Among them, I gave the highest scores to those that truly moved me emotionally. While meaning and intention are undoubtedly important, I believe that the pure ability to stir emotions is equally vital. Participating as a judge was not only an honor but also an invaluable learning experience for me as an artist.

This year’s entries were truly impressive, with strong concepts across all categories. The projects that stood out the most to me were those that not only had a solid concept but also managed to translate it into a compelling visual narrative. The ability to tell a story—whether through composition, flow, or attention to detail—made a real difference, and those were the ones that received 9s and 10s.
Another key criterion in my evaluation was the quality of the final presentation: resolution, finishing, editing, and color choices. These details elevate a project and contribute to delivering a polished, professional result.

Judging this year’s AI Design Awards was such a rewarding experience. The diversity in perspectives—both culturally and artistically—was incredible to see. I loved diving into the meaning behind each piece and getting a glimpse of the tools and techniques that brought them to life. The level of creativity and technical skill was next-level, and it’s exciting to see how AI is pushing artistic expression in ways we’ve never seen before. This year’s entries were a reminder that AI art isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about storytelling, innovation, and breaking boundaries. The future of AI creativity is looking bright!

Everyone’s work was truly outstanding—it felt like choosing between different versions of artistic awesome. I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of human creativity and AI, and this competition was a perfect showcase of that. The level of talent on display didn’t just meet expectations—it exceeded it, making the judging process a delightful difficulty. I loved getting a glimpse into so many unique creative minds, and I’m grateful to have been part of this year’s competition.

The most fascinating aspect of this edition has been seeing how artists explore AI’s plastic qualities to create unique aesthetics. It’s not just about generating images but opening up new ways of storytelling—sometimes blending the real and the synthetic almost imperceptibly. AI not only democratises creation by lowering costs and making tools accessible to everyone, but it also drives new visual sensibilities. The most striking pieces don’t imitate the past; they imagine futures that were previously impossible.

As a judge for the AI Design Awards, I have been truly amazed by the incredible talent displayed by artists from around the world, showcased across eight diverse categories. Each artist has thoughtfully utilized AI as a tool for artistic expression, capturing their unique perspectives on the world through images and videos. I would like to commend all the artists for their creativity and dedication in bringing their imaginative visions to life. While this marks the first edition of the AI Design Awards, I sincerely hope that over time, it becomes a platform that continues to discover and celebrate the work of talented artists from around the globe.”

As a judge for the AI Design Awards 2025, we were pleasantly surprised by the high level of the entries, especially considering how little time generative AI has been present in our field and in our lives. There are many standout projects, and plenty with great potential. We were particularly impressed by the use of multiple AIs in some projects, as in today’s world, the true magic of creations lies in knowing which tools are the best for each area and when and how to combine them. Without a doubt, among all these projects, we see many professionals with a promising future ahead.
