What are the main eligibility criteria for participants?
The AI Design Awards are open to artists, designers, and enthusiasts worldwide, irrespective of their professional background or experience level. Entrants must be 18 years or older and hold all necessary rights to their submitted works.
How can I participate in the Awards?
You can register online through the SUBMIT button. As a new user, you’ll have to create a Profile where you can fill out your details and submit your entries.
Are there any specific rules or guidelines that participants need to follow?
Participants are required to submit their original AI-driven design works and pay the entry fee. Submissions must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and refrain from containing offensive or copyrighted material.
Which AI-image generation software is eligible to use in the competition?
You can use any software including but not limited to: DeepArt.io, DALL-E 2, Luma.ai, MidJourney, Artbreeder, RunwayML, DeepDream Generator, NightCafe Studio, DeepArt, Jasper Art, Stable Diffusion, NeuralStyler, Dream by WOMBO, Prisma, Pix2Pix, PaintsChainer, DeepDream, DeepFaceLab, GANs, VQGAN+CLIP, StyleGAN, BigGAN, PIFuHD, AI Painter, Runway, and Artisto.
Can I submit other forms of arts mixed or tweaked with generative AI?
Absolutely, as long as you can prove that a prompt has been involved for the creation of the final result.
What size images should I upload?
Images should be saved in sRGB format and must not exceed 4000 pixels or 512 MB per file. Save files as JPG with high compression, ensuring a minimum of 1000 pixels on the longest side. Name your file using your last name followed by the image title, avoiding symbols or spaces. For submissions consisting of a series of images, number them and upload them in order of importance, with the first image being the strongest in the series.
What size video should I upload?
For video submissions, the maximum file size should be 5GB, with a length of up to 10 minutes. Accepted formats are MP4 or WEBM, and the resolution can be up to 1080p (Full HD). Be sure to follow these guidelines to ensure smooth uploads and maintain video quality!
Fees & Payments
How can I pay the entry fees?
By credit card, through our website – you will receive a confirmation and invoice once the payment has been processed. If you have any discount code, please use it in the Discount Code box before making the payment – we cannot discount it later on.
What if I want to cancel my entry?
If you decide not to go through with your entry, you can send us an email and if it is within 14 days of your initial submission, we will refund your payment.
Do I have to pay the entry fee right away?
You may pay it right away, or you can wait too – just keep the deadlines in mind, because the First Dibs (10% off) deadline passes, you will have to pay the full fee.
Can I combine discount codes?
Discount codes cannot be combined. You can only use one discount code per entry.

Jury Process
How does the jury process work?
Our team of international experts has the responsibility of rating each entry. The process is done completely anonymously, meaning that the jury members do not know whose work they are evaluating. This is to ensure that the winners are chosen in a completely fair and unbiased way.
How long does the jury process take?
Once we close the competition, the jury voting will last approximately a month.
